1. Who we are

PayoutPilot is operated by LeanAI Studio srl (P.IVA/CF 14561020968), Italy. By requesting a free comp plan scan you agree to these terms.

2. What the free scan is

The free comp plan scan is a structured breakdown of the plan document you upload, plus one worked payout example calculated from that document as we read it. It is provided free of charge, with no obligation to buy anything.

The scan is informational. It is not accounting, payroll, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for your own verification. You are responsible for what you actually pay your team.

3. Scope of the product

PayoutPilot's current version supports:

It does not support clawbacks, draws, true-ups, or multi-currency plans. Where your plan includes a mechanic we do not support, it is flagged in your scan rather than approximated.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant us permission to process them solely to produce and discuss your scan. You confirm you are entitled to share the document you upload. Please do not upload documents containing more personal data than the scan needs.

5. Paid subscription and guarantee

PayoutPilot is offered at a flat monthly price per company: $129 per month for up to 15 reps, $179 per month for 16 to 25 reps, with no per-seat fee and no setup charge. Founding customers keep the rate in effect at signup when public pricing begins.

Calculation Match Guarantee: if PayoutPilot's calculated commissions for your first live pay period do not match your own manually verified numbers, you do not pay for that period, you receive a full refund, and we will help you export your data.

6. Availability

This is an early-stage product built by a solo founder. Scans are produced in the order they arrive and the stated delivery window (within 4 hours during business hours, or by end of the next business day) is a commitment we intend to keep, not a contractual service level.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanAI Studio srl is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free scan. For the paid subscription, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
