1. Who we are

PayoutPilot is operated by LeanAI Studio srl (P.IVA/CF 14561020968), Italy. By using the PayoutPilot calculator you agree to these terms.

2. What the calculator is

The PayoutPilot calculator computes sales commissions from the comp plan and the rep figures you enter, running in your browser. There are two exceptions, both files you chose to upload, and they are set out in full in section 4. The full line-by-line calculation for your first five reps is free, with no obligation to buy anything.

The output is informational. It is not accounting, payroll, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for your own verification. You are responsible for what you actually pay your team.

3. Scope of the product

PayoutPilot's current version supports:

It does not support clawbacks, draws, true-ups, or multi-currency plans. Where your plan includes a mechanic we do not support, it is flagged in the results rather than approximated.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the plan and data you enter. Because the calculator runs in your browser, the plan rules and team figures you type or paste are not transmitted to us or stored on our systems. There are two exceptions, and both happen only for a file you chose to upload. A comp plan FILE you upload for PayoutPilot to read is sent once to Anthropic to be turned into rates you then confirm. A team file whose column names we do not recognise has its header row and its first five rows sent once to Anthropic so that the columns can be matched; those five rows contain real figures, and the rest of the file, along with every total calculated from it, is processed in your browser and never sent. Neither is stored by us and neither is used to train any model. You confirm you are entitled to use the figures you enter.

5. Paid subscription and guarantee

PayoutPilot is offered at a flat monthly price per company: $129 per month for up to 15 reps, $179 per month for 16 to 25 reps, with no per-seat fee and no setup charge. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

Founding places. The first 10 companies to subscribe are offered a founding rate of $49 per month covering the whole team up to 25 reps. That rate stays in effect for as long as the subscription runs without interruption: we will not raise it while you remain subscribed. If the subscription is cancelled, a later subscription is at the price published at that time. The number of founding places still open is shown on the pricing panel and is read from our billing system, not set by hand. A founding place also includes a setup call with the founder.

Calculation Match Guarantee: if PayoutPilot's calculated commissions for your first live pay period do not match your own manually verified numbers, you do not pay for that period, you receive a full refund, and we will help you export your data.

6. Availability

This is an early-stage product built by a solo founder. The calculator is provided as is and we may change or improve it over time. We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime service level.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanAI Studio srl is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the calculator. For the paid subscription, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
