As data controller, LeanAI Studio srl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

2. Data we collect

When you request a free comp plan scan, we collect:

• Your first name, work email, and company name (required to produce and deliver your scan)
• The rep count band you select
• The comp plan document you upload (PDF, DOCX, or XLSX)
• Any sample deal numbers you choose to paste into the optional field

Your uploaded comp plan is transmitted to the founder by email in order to produce your scan. It is not written to a database and it is not stored on this website. It is not shared with any third party beyond the email provider used to transmit it, and it is not used to train any model.

When you visit this site, analytics tools may collect:

• IP address (used by Vercel for hosting, anonymised before any analytics processing)
• Page views, referrer, approximate country, device and browser type
• Anonymised interaction data (clicks and scrolling) via Microsoft Clarity

3. Legal basis

• Performance of a service you requested (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): processing your comp plan to deliver the scan you asked for
• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics cookies, where consent is required in your region
• Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the site secure and understanding aggregate usage

4. Processors we use

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics)
• Resend (transactional email delivery for your scan and confirmation)
• Microsoft Clarity (anonymised behavioural analytics, consent-gated in the EU and EEA)

5. Retention

Your uploaded plan and the scan produced from it are retained in the founder's email account for as long as needed to deliver and discuss your scan, and are deleted on request. Contact details are retained until you ask us to remove them. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention period.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to have your uploaded plan deleted immediately, email info@leanaistudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use cookies for anonymous product analytics only. There are no advertising cookies on this site. Visitors in the EU and EEA are asked for consent before any analytics cookie is set, and analytics can be declined without affecting your scan.
