Sales Commission Calculator
Enter a quota, what actually closed, and the rate the plan pays. The payout resolves as you type, with every line of the arithmetic shown, so you can check it against your own numbers rather than trust it. Free, and there is nothing to sign up for.

This page runs one pure function in your browser to produce the figure above. The numbers you type are held in the page while you are on it and are gone when you close the tab: there is no account here, no saved run, and no request carrying them anywhere.
Which one is your plan
Quota plus accelerator
One rate on revenue up to quota, a higher rate on everything above it. The most common shape in SaaS, and the one where a rep and a spreadsheet most often disagree, because the accelerator applies to the dollars over quota rather than to the whole deal.
Flat percentage
One rate on every dollar closed, whatever the attainment. Quota still tells you where the rep landed, and it changes nothing about the payout. Common for partner, channel and SDR-adjacent plans.
Threshold
Nothing at all until an attainment floor is cleared, then a rate on all closed revenue. The calculator says which side of the floor the rep is on, because that single fact is the whole outcome.
What this calculator does not compute
- Tiered plans with more than two bands
- A tiered plan pays a different rate inside each attainment band, so it needs a band editor rather than a rate box. It is supported in the full PayoutPilot calculator, which has one.
- Clawbacks, draws and true-ups
- These are adjustments applied after a period closes, usually against a rep’s history rather than against this period’s revenue. Nothing on this page models them, and the product does not model them either.
- Multi-currency plans
- Every figure here is one currency and the symbol is cosmetic. A plan that pays in two currencies needs a rate at the moment of the deal, which is a fact this page does not have.
- Splits between reps
- The calculator resolves one rep against one quota. A deal split across an AE and an overlay is two calculations with two revenue figures, which you can run here one at a time.
Run this for your whole team, every period
One rep at a time is a check. A commission run is thirty of them against one plan, every month, with the working attached to each name so nobody has to take the total on faith. That is what PayoutPilot does: build or paste the comp plan once, add the team, and read every rep’s statement line by line. One flat price per company, never per seat, so the bill does not move when you hire.
